Plan PowerPoint and Video Switches in the Calendar...
In a clearly arranged Calendar you define the switches of your presentations in advance. With a "Preview" option you make sure that you have selected the right show. The Calendar provides also the setting of repetitive switches. In addition you are able to set sequences of presentations and videos in a user-defined chronology and length. You decide if a new switch shall be shown immediately of if a running presentation or video will be finished before display the new switch.
To have an overview of the scheduled switches three different views are available: day, week or month view. Furthermore you have the possibility to switch to a graphical (Calendar) or to a listed view.
In retrospect you can display the carried out switches either in tabular form or as statistic, that allows you to keep track of how long and how often the switches has been shown.
