The Scheduler program is not only switching presentations and videos but also to add sound and speech to your advertisement.
With a local separation of planning process and display equipment you are able to install the input agenda and the scheduler program on two separate PCs in the local network. Thereby your office can manage and monitor the event process comfortable at the work place.
Optionally screen projectors and flat screens can be switched on and off by the Scheduler program if they are equipped with an RS-232 control interface.
If the PC of the Scheduler is equipped with two monitors, the Scheduler allowes to show the PowerPoint® presentations and videos on the main monitor while an overview of the current switches is on display on the second monitor.
